I decided to try out what would happend when I claimed my blog on technorati. This should ping them. We'll see

Work out was pretty tough today. Staying up to watch lost and getting up with the bean makes for a sleepy Ari

I was half way to work this morning before I realized I had forgotten to weigh in. Oh well it will have to wait until tomorrow I guess.

Well looks like the combo of level 4 and mowing the lawn had some effect. We'll see what tomorrow brings. I did level 4 again today. It's still pretty rough.

I just watched the cnn piece on the Kathy Sierra/Chris Locke thing. I do not have anything worthwhile to say on that matter. What I wanted to write about was this; While describing the terrible picture of Kathy with a noose that was posted to a blog, and how terrible it was, they superimposed a picture of a noose over footage of Kathy. C'mon what are they trying to say there. That it's terrible when those evil bloggers do it but if CNN does it it's now ok?

I also was slightly suprised when the cohost make the joke about how terrible it was to threaten the "cute kitty." It just seemed odd to me to make a joke about a situation using what could be considered a diminutive nickname like that. Almost smug actually. They start a story about hate speech and misogyny and finish it up with a joke using a cutsey name for the woman involved. It just seemed patronizing to me.

Stepped the X-Trainer up to level 4 today. I am going to pay for that. It was pretty rough. I will try to stick it out though.

The birthday weekend was really good. I spent a lot of time with the kids and family. I even had a date with the wife. It was very nice. And there was sushi to boot! How great is that.

The new cell phone is really cool too. I ordered a case and a 1GB memory card from Amazon and those should be here in about a week. The speaker for the walkman on the phone is really pretty good. The headphones are not terrible either and they work as an antenna for FM radio reception. Not too shabby at all.

The phone came with a USB cable and it was immediately recognized as a harddrive when I plugged it into my linux box. I was able to transfer a new ringtone fairly easily. Should work well for moving music too.

Tired after staying up to watch lost last night. I just walked at 3.4 for 30 minutes. My new cell phone should be here today! I'm curious about the walkman functions. Should be interesting to play with. Might need to buy a bigger memory card though if I like it.

My IP changed last night and most people will prolly not be able to read this for a while. Hopefully dns updates will go through at some point today

Workout was pretty good this morning. I'm a little tired this morning. Hopefully that will pass. My phone has shipped! It should be here tomorrow and then the charging over night and I should be able to play with it on Friday!

Hot at the gym this morning. I was suprised that the weight did not go up this morning after the two panera bagels with cream cheese I had yesterday I'll have to wait and see what the fall out will be tomorrow.

I ordered a new cell phone today. The Sony Ericsson 300i. It has a walkman built in. It was a choice between that one and the z252. The 300i came with a data cable and was 24.99 after MIR. The z252 was free after MIR but the data cable was 29.99 so I went with the z300. I decided to do it after my phone was pretty dead again this morning and I had to pull the battery out and put it back in to get it to power up. I guess it's been dropped one to many times.

Ok I have played with my blogging mode a bit and added a hook. So now when I write a blog entry it gets tweeted to twitter. I'm sure that this will get annoying enough pretty soon and I will remove it. But it was fun to do this morning.
