Did Level 5 again. I didn't push it as hard and only burned 457 calories. I was still happy with that though. I stretched a bit more afterwards than yesterday as well. Hopefully I won't be as stiff.

I got more sleep last nite and was feeling better this morning. I did level 5 again and burned 500 calories. It really wore me out though. I am going to try that again tomorrow. The last minute was pretty hard.

Only 4 more days til Penguicon!!!

Just watched the Sopranos. Chrissy is soooo gonna get whacked. It's kind of a shame that the show is ending. For the last two episodes it's really been firing on all eight.

I didn't sleep well last night so i just walked on the treadmill this morning. I'm still stiff from the driving to St. Louis. Should be right as rain tomorrow. That and I have the Sopranos for lunchtime!

Did not do level 5 today. It was rough just keeping going on level 4. But I managed to gut it out. Yay me!

Cross trainers were all full this morning. The treadmill was a nice change for a day. I may try to do level 5 tomorrow to make up for the easy day.

I seem to be catching some sort of cold. I hope it clears up before penguicon

Workout was good. I stayed up a little late watching the sopranos but it was worth it.

It was a good weekend. Cecilia and Owen had lots of fun on easter looking for eggs. Not to mention the candy. Cecilia made sure to tell her mother that "She Really likes Candy. ALOT!"

My memory chip for the phone came on saturday and now I need to load it up with stuff. maybe a pic of the kids for the background hmmm have to play with that one. That or an emacs theme!

Starting an upgrade process to one of the servers at work this week. Should be a busy month!

Holy Cow! Gas in this town is up to 2.85 a gallon. That's nuts.

Just did the bike today. I was a little tired and didn't have the energy to do the X-Trainer. Lots to do today.
