I Want To Be Happy Cha Cha
Weight: 210
Workout: 1 Mile Run

The run was pretty good today. Not as hard as yesterday. I'm pretty happy that I made it through the whole week and ran every day. I will try and do 2 a day next week.

FireFox 2.0

Firefox has removed the close tab button from the right side of the tab bar. Instead it is now a dropdown list of tabs. I can not find a way to change that and it sucks. Err, tis T3h suXX0r. Now they just need to add the nifty seen the screen shots of all tabs thingy that the new IE has. That's pretty cool.

The run was pretty hard today. I was a little stiff from standing at Dish!. Dish! was actually pretty fun. I made 12 different meals. I was able to split some of them into two servings. Combining that with the meals that Jennifer made last weekend we shouldn't have to cook for almost a month!

Midnight Moodies
Weight: 210
Workout: 1 Mile Run

Running was hard this morning. I got up with Bean around 2:00. I wasn't up that long but the interruption seemed to get to me more this morning.

should be a somewhat busy day. I have lots of little tasks that should keep me pretty busy. Only 1 meeting though.

I'm going to Dish! tonight and that should be fun.

Day Dream (Prayer)
Weight: 213
Workout: 1 Mile Run

I think the weight is still a hold over from the japnese food on saturday. Jen's stepfather called a square-dance here in town and Her mom watched the kids while we went out for dinner. It's so nice to be able to spend some time alone to just hang out and talk. Even if we spend alot of time just saying how adorable our kids are. I'm a very lucky man.

My new  pants   got here on friday. I am now a walking poster boy for LL Bean. On saturday I drove down to Springfield in the afternoon and bought a new Pea Coat. After spending the morning with the kids at the Children's Discovery Museum, where there were two birthday parties going on, The quiet time in the car was nice. So I am now sufficiently outfitted for the next few months I think. Although I may pick up one or two more pairs of pants. On sunday we went to Borders and I picked up one of these. I don't know if I will create something that will save the world but I think it's pretty neat. It is also apparently one of the hottest "geek" type things to pick up. So far I wrote my name in it and copied a quote from Ralph Waldo Emerson into it. I'm not sure what else I will put in it yet.

Ok then, on with Monday

Ghost Town
Weight: 211
Workout: 1 Mile Run

Hooray Me! I ran a mile each day!. I think I will do 1 Mile a day again next week. Then step it up to 2 the week after that.

Also a happy thing is that I have mono and xsp working at home. This allows me to do ASP.NET programming at home. Not a big deal but it appears to be working pretty well. The current project I'm working on at work now works the same at home and at work. This is nice because if I try to make a change at home I don't have to remote in and copy changes. Add subversion and CruiseControl into the mix and it's really pretty sweet. I can make some changes at home. Test them there. If I'm happy with then I can check them in. CruiseControl picks up the changes, runs my unit tests and if all is well deploys to the development server so users can see and test the changes. Not too shabby
