I wasn't very motivated this morning so I just did the recumbant bike. I have a million little things to get done here and a few Big things. The nice thing is that if I can finish the million little things I should be able to start clearing the way to keep them from building up again.

It was a pretty good weekend. Got the mother in laws computer working again. Spent good time with the family. I think I may have broken my toe. Just doesn't get any better than that.

Took some nyquil and slept in this morning. Not sure if I'm getting over this. I picked up some Tylenol Cold© on the way to work today to try and help out. Hopefully wasabi at lunch will help too.

I think I'm catching a cold. I hope it's just allergies from the change of seasons. I don't want to be sick.

Did the Bike again today. Weight didn't change much but I have high hopes for tomorrow.

The brand new television season is only two weeks old and I am already woefully behind on my viewing. I have seen the premiere of "Chuck" and have the premiere of "Heroes" and "Bionic Woman" waiting in the wings. Now I need to queue up last night's episodes of "Chuck" and "Heroes". I fear that I may fall to far behind and not be able to catch up! Whatever will I do for the final!!! And don't even get me started on Lost!

Damn Doughnuts! Oh well I'll probably be back to 207 by Friday.

I watched part of Iron Chef America™ this weekend. While watching I had the following thought. "This is not a test of chef-ly talent!" What would truly display talent and ability is if they had secret ingredients like I don't know, day old bread! I mean here they are in a kitchen that is stocked with the greatest and freshest ingredients, they then get a central ingredient that is of pristine condition. For the talents that they get on the show creating wonderful dishes is a no brainer.

I think it should be more challenging. Instead of the well stocked larder they should have the dry goods aisle from the local 7-11. Rather than the seasoned sous-chefs they should get squiggy the fry-cook from the local McD's and chuck, the guy who swabs the floors. Following this pattern creating a culinary art would truly be a display of talent. As a bonus the combatants could also opt to go the other way. They could decide to go low and be awarded points for the level to which they hurt the judges! Extra points of course for the length of the hospital stay!
