Went apple picking this weekend with the kids. Cecilia and Owen both got their faces painted and had hot dogs. We picked apples of the trees and ate some when we got home. Everyone had a great time. Owen skipped his nap yesterday and was pretty exhausted. He filled up on apples and grapes when we got home and didn't want dinner. He opted instead to watch "Finding Nemo" while we ate. It was pretty clear that he was going to fall asleep watching it. We checked a couple times and he was stuggling to stay awake. Finally, while doing dishes I looked over and he had slumped out of his rocker to the floor. It was pretty funny. It reminded me of one of the opening scenes from "Law and Order" when the family gets home and are having a conversation and then the camera pans over to a person lying on the floor. Owen was arranged like that. Half on half off his rocker completely out. Jen picked him up and brought him upstairs. She managed to change him and almost get his PJ's on before he woke up.
