Weight: 205 Workout: 30 Minutes Treadmill Ran a mile straight through today. I will either do the same tomorrow or try for 2. It didn't feel to bad. I think the hardest part is just getting myself motivated to run. Once I get started it's not so bad. It just takes quite a bit of mental cheerleading to get going. Came acroos This The other day.
