Workout: 20 Minutes Climber

I was moving a bit slow this morning and did a short workout on the climber. The iPod is charged up and ready for the walk at lunch.

If that's the original rotary dial iPod I gave you, that battery is WAY beyond it's life expectancy. Like my own iPod, it should probably last a little more than an hour before it needs recharging and it'll hold a charge for about 24 hours while off and not connected to a power source. Those batteries are designed to last 2 years. That iPod is 5 years old. I just plug mine in every night now and usually lasts through both my 20 min walks and both 40 min bus rides, but after that it's done.

Yep it's the same one. It usually will still hold a charge for about 3-4 days. That is untill recently It seems to be in the 24 hour life span now.
