Weight: ??? Workout: none Phew! I think the Bean gave me her rotavirus infection. The last couple of days have not been that fun. According to the scale in the bathroom( not the official scale at the gym) I lost about 5 pounds since wednesday. Yikes. I will most likely gain that back over the weekend. I have been keeping the fluids flowing so I don't think it's really any dehydration, I'm just empty. I wonder if it's possible to od on HI-C though? might have to keep that in mind.
