Weight: ???
Phew! Today was a good workout. I didn't have time to do 3 circuits
and I think that was a good thing. I was pretty ragged when I got off
the X-Trainer. I was quite sweaty, my heart rate was pretty
consistently in the 140 range while I was on it which is pretty
good. I think tomorrow I am going to step up the running too. I
think that will help get me off the plateau.
Workout: 30 Minutes X-Trainer 2 Circuits And now to let off a little steam... I have to have yet another meeting today to discuss the issue of db2 v SQL Server. This is not a technical decision anymore nor is it a design decision any more. This is a political skirmish and frankly it makes me sick. What's worse is that I have to have yet another meeting next tuesday as well. The big issue now is stored procedures and how they are created. Basically the issue is that one group does not want to give up their SQL Server and have dug their heels in over this. University Data should be stored in the University's Big Ass Mainframe DB2 Server. AAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHH |
