Stepped things up this morning and did 30 minutes on the bike. Worked
up a good sweat and I feel pretty good!
I have discovered a great new tool for C# development. NAnt is a build tool for .NET
Projects. It is a port of the popular Ant tool from the Java world.
It seems to work very well. Additionally I have also found a
continous build tool that seems interesting. The end result as I see
it is to have all projects implement a NAnt build including NDoc and
NUnit. This will facilitate automatic unit testing of projects as
well as good Documentation generation. In the end it will be nice to
check in a project and receive a nice report of the last build with
the output of testing. This could also lead to a nice build tool for deploys.

I must remember to watch the Wal-Mart Documentary on PBS Tonight. It
sounds like it might be interesting. Should I watch it you can be
sure to expect a rant against Wally World tomorrow.
The gym was suprisingly busy this morning. Still not busy enough to
keep me from getting my workout in but there were definitely more
people there than usual. Must be gearing up for the holidays. Which
brings up the subject of yummy turkey. We got an awesome 16 lb turkey
this year. Uh uh that's right pure butterball baby!

Weight: ??? Workout: None I overslept Whoops slept a little late today and did not have time to make it to the gym this morning.Yassir Arafat is now apparently really dead. No really they mean it this time. It is somewhat scarry what could come out of the aftermath of this event. Not only for the state of Isreal but for the middle east and the world at large. The direction taken here, it seems to me, could spin an all ready fragile area of the world into complete disarray. On the other head there is the opportunity for a movement towards peace as well, should parties both involved and wanting to be involved seek it.From the "Oh Lord" department -- A replacement for Ashcroft has been nominated. The same man who brought us the doctrine of acceptable torture and the abandonment of the geneva conventions. I can only wait with fear and loathing as to what he'll do for the American people. Wow long post for me. |

Weight: 250 Workout: 20 Minutes bike Workout was good this morning. Ashcroft has resigned. I can only hope that the next candidate is truly committed to preserving our civil liberties and protecting our people with a fair and open mind. My fingers are crossed. |

Weight: 250 Workout: 20 Minutes bike I think the twenty minute thing may be the way to go for a while. I feel quite a bit better today than yesterday. Perhaps I will stick with that for a while. Only one other thing to say about this mornings workout: Asia Heat of the Moment. My god why wont some songs just die! |

Weight: 251 Workout 30 Minutes bike The workout today was pretty good I did 30 minutes on the recumbant bike. Walker of course provide some hilarity. Man that show is hilarious when there isn't any sound. The gym was a little more crowded today. I'm not sure if I'm getting sick or not. Yesterday I felt pretty bad. So far today I seem to be ok though. Oh well back to work! |

Weight: 253!! Workout: 10 mins eliptical 20 min bike I was almost late today Bean was having trouble sleeping this morning and I spent some time with her. She is so cute in her footie PJ's. Couldn't make it very far on the eliptical today. My legs were killing me so I switched to the bike. Still had a pretty good workout though. Was even better than yesterday cause I chose to watch NBC rather than FOX. Also I could watch Walker Texas Ranger without the sound and come up with witty things for chuck norris to say! |

| Day One. |

|
Weight: 252 Workout: 20 mins eliptical track 6 Today was the first day back in the gym so I took it easy and just did 20 minutes on the eliptical machine. I was forced to watch FOX News. The morning group or what ever it was called is enough to make me chew the 50 lbs I want to lose off my own body! I enjoyed the post workout energy boost but now I'm tired and my legs are starting to hurt. Yay fitness |
